These terms are the contract between you and DomaineGoat LLC. The most important part is section 4: the beneficial-owner agreement, under which we hold each domain for you.

**Quick answer — What do the NomineeName terms of service say, in short?**

Under the **NomineeName** terms of 19 October 2026, DomaineGoat LLC is the registrant of record and holds each domain for you, the beneficial owner. You control DNS, renewals and transfers, get the transfer code free, from your account, at any time, and can have the domain put in your own name where the registry accepts you. Panamanian law applies.

## 1. Who we are

NomineeName (nomineename.com) is operated by DomaineGoat LLC, incorporated in Panama, which is not an ICANN-accredited registrar. Domains are registered through our ICANN-accredited registrar partner, shown in the RDAP record. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean DomaineGoat LLC, and "you" means the person who uses the service.

NomineeName is a nominee domain registration service from Panama: every domain is registered in the name of DomaineGoat LLC by default, so the registration record and WHOIS show the company, never you — no ID, no KYC, paid in crypto.

By creating an account, topping up a balance or registering a domain, you accept these terms, the [acceptable use policy](https://nomineename.com/acceptable-use-policy/), which forms part of these terms, and the [privacy policy](https://nomineename.com/legal/privacy/).

## 2. Words used in these terms

- **Registrant of record**: the holder named in the registrant record (kept by the registrar, and by the registry where it keeps contact data) and in WHOIS/RDAP. For every domain on the service, this is DomaineGoat LLC.
- **Beneficial owner**: you, the person for whom we hold the domain and who decides how it is used.
- **Account**: your space on nomineename.com, from which you manage your domains and your balance.
- **Balance**: the prepaid amount you top up in crypto and spend on the service.
- **Hand-back**: putting a domain in your own name, so that you become the registrant of record.
- **Domain protection**: the optional service described in section 5.
- **Strict exceptions**: the abuse listed in section 10.

## 3. The service: registration in our name, included

We register, renew and transfer in domain names for you. Registration in our name is included by default, on every domain, at no extra cost: DomaineGoat LLC is the registrant of record, and the registrant record, WHOIS and RDAP show the company, never you. Your name, address and phone number are never sent to the registry.

We sell the extensions listed on the [pricing page](https://nomineename.com/pricing/). Some extensions cannot be held in our name, because their registry requires a holder who lives in, or is established in, a given country. We do not sell those.

The registrar through which we register domains, and each registry, apply their own rules and ICANN rules. Where these terms and those rules differ, those rules prevail for the domain concerned.

## 4. The beneficial-owner agreement

This section is the written agreement under which we hold each domain for you.

**4.1 We hold the domain for you.** For each domain registered or transferred into your account, DomaineGoat LLC is the registrant of record and you are the beneficial owner. We hold the domain on your behalf and follow your instructions about it, within these terms.

**4.2 You control the domain.** From your account you manage DNS records, nameservers, renewals, redirects and transfers. We do not change these settings without your instruction, except as stated in sections 9 and 10.

**4.3 Transfer code.** The transfer code (auth code) of each domain is free, from your account, at any time, subject to registry and ICANN transfer rules, such as the lock that applies for a period after a registration or a previous transfer.

**4.4 Hand-back.** We put a domain in your own name free, on request to support from your verified email address, where the registry accepts you as holder. You then become the registrant of record and give the registry your own details. Where the registry does not accept you as holder, you can still transfer the domain out with its transfer code.

**4.5 No exit fee.** We charge nothing to transfer a domain out or to hand it back. Fees charged by another registrar or by a registry are not ours.

**4.6 What we will not do with your domain.** We do not use, sell, park, lease or pledge a domain held for you. We do not transfer it to anyone else, except on your instruction, under a UDRP or court decision applied under section 9, or when it expires unrenewed.

**4.7 Liability towards third parties.** Under section 3.7.7.3 of the ICANN Registrar Accreditation Agreement, a registrant that lets another person use a domain stays the registrant and accepts liability for harm caused by wrongful use, unless it discloses that person within 7 days to a party that provides reasonable evidence of actionable harm. Our disclosure policy does not disclose that person on a third party's evidence alone. DomaineGoat LLC therefore accepts that liability towards third parties. In return, you compensate DomaineGoat LLC for any loss, claim or cost caused by your unlawful use of a domain or by your breach of these terms.

## 5. Optional Domain protection

Domain protection is an optional service at $29 per year per domain, on top of the domain price. Registration in our name is already included without it. Domain protection adds exactly three things:

1. a transfer lock is active by default, and every transfer or DNS change must be confirmed from your account;
2. minimal data: DomaineGoat LLC holds only your email for the domain;
3. every complaint is read by a person before any action on the domain, and you are told when the law allows. Without Domain protection, complaints are handled under section 10 and the abuse policy. The target times of section 10 apply with or without the option.

Domain protection does not change the UDRP, the strict exceptions or any other part of these terms. It is paid from your balance, per domain and per year, and it ends if you do not renew it. Details are on the [Domain protection page](https://nomineename.com/domain-protection/).

## 6. Your account and your verified email

You give one email per domain, which is mandatory and which we verify. ICANN rules require a working contact, verified within 15 days of a registration, a transfer or a change of contact; a domain whose contact is not verified can be suspended. The email is kept private, never published and never sent to the registry. We do not ask for an ID document, a name, a postal address or a phone number.

You keep your account access safe. Instructions given from your account, or from the verified email of a domain, are treated as yours. We never ask for your password, your account number or your domain transfer (EPP) codes by email or chat.

You must not give us false information. You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live.

## 7. Prices and payment

Prices are set per extension, per year, in US dollars, and shown on the [pricing page](https://nomineename.com/pricing/). Registration in our name is included in every price. A price applies when you pay; registry price changes can change future renewal prices, which we show before you renew.

Payment is in crypto only: BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC. You top up a prepaid balance, with a minimum top-up of $25, then pay for registrations, renewals, transfers and Domain protection from it. Send the exact amount on the exact network; it is matched by its exact amount and credited once the network confirms it. A payment sent on another network, or for another amount, may not be matched; contact support if this happens.

Balance rule: Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, and it pays for new domains, renewals and transfers. When a purchase costs less than the minimum top-up, the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request to support within 30 days of the payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as it has not been spent. The rest of the balance is not paid back, except where the law requires it.

A registration, renewal or transfer that a registry has accepted cannot be undone or refunded, because the registry charges us for it.

## 8. Renewals, expiry and transfers

**Renewals.** You renew a domain from your account, paid from your balance. Keep enough balance and watch the expiry date shown in your account. A domain that is not renewed expires under the rules of its registry and ICANN, and may be lost; restoring it, where possible, costs the registry's restore fee.

**Transfers in.** You can move a domain from another registrar into our name with its transfer code. For most generic extensions, such as .com, .net and .org, the transfer adds one year to the registration, at the transfer price. For other extensions, such as .de, .uk, .ch, .nl, .io, .co and .me, whether a year is added depends on the registry; the transfer price is charged once, and the checkout shows which case applies before you pay.

**Transfers out.** You can move a domain to another registrar with its transfer code, which is free, from your account, at any time. Registry and ICANN rules can block a transfer for a period after a registration or a previous transfer, and during a UDRP or court case.

## 9. Disputes about a domain name: UDRP and courts

Domains in gTLDs are subject to the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP), as ICANN requires; country-code domains follow their registry's procedure. A UDRP complaint names the registrant of record, DomaineGoat LLC. We tell you the same business day the dispute provider contacts us, so that you can defend the domain. The domain is locked within 2 business days of the dispute provider's request and during the case, and the panel's decision is applied.

The dispute provider receives the data of the registrant of record, which is our company's. Panels often name both the service and the underlying holder in their decision when the holder is revealed, and decisions are public. If you defend the domain in your own name, expect your name in the decision.

We also apply decisions of Panamanian courts. More: [UDRP and nominee domains](https://nomineename.com/udrp-and-nominee-domains/).

## 10. Our official policy: complaints, data and strict exceptions

Our official policy of 8 October 2026 forms part of these terms:

1. **No takedown on complaint alone.** A copyright, defamation, political or competitor complaint is not enough; it needs a decision that binds us, from a Panamanian court.
2. **Data only under Panamanian law or the UDRP.** DomaineGoat LLC releases the data it holds only when Panamanian law requires it (a Panamanian court or prosecutor's order), or in a UDRP case.
3. **No ID, no KYC** — only a verified email, kept private; payment in crypto.
4. **Strict exceptions, written openly.** Phishing (including pharming), malware, botnets, child sexual abuse material, and fraud that takes money from victims (fake shops, investment and crypto scams, wallet drainers, impersonation of a bank or brand, sale of stolen data) lead to action on a well-documented report: phishing, malware, botnets and fraud within 24 hours of a well-documented report, child sexual abuse material immediately, and the URLs are reported to NCMEC. Other complaints get a reply within 2 business days.

Reports go to abuse@nomineename.com, with no account needed. The details are in the [abuse policy](https://nomineename.com/abuse/) and the [disclosure policy](https://nomineename.com/disclosure-policy/).

## 11. Suspension and end of the service

We may suspend a domain under section 10, under a decision applied under section 9, or when ICANN rules require it, for example when its contact is not verified.

We may end the service for an account that repeatedly uses domains for strict exceptions, or that seriously breaches these terms. Outside the strict exceptions and court decisions, we tell you by email, and the transfer code and hand-back stay available to you for the period stated in our notice.

You may stop using the service at any time by transferring your domains out or letting them expire. If we decide to stop the service as a whole, we tell you by email in advance, and the transfer code and hand-back stay available during that notice period.

## 12. Liability

We provide the service with care, but we do not control registries, registrars, networks or blockchains, and we are not liable for their acts or failures.

Our total liability towards you, for any claim about a domain or the service, is limited to the amount you paid us for that domain or service for the current period (for example, the current year of registration and, if taken, of Domain protection). We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, lost data or lost business.

These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, such as for fraud or wilful misconduct.

## 13. Governing law and courts

These terms, and any dispute about them or the service, are governed by the law of the Republic of Panama. The courts of the Republic of Panama have jurisdiction. This does not affect the UDRP or any other domain dispute procedure that a registry or ICANN requires, which apply to the domain itself.

## 14. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, for example when ICANN rules, a registry's rules or our prices change. The date at the top shows the last change. A change that reduces your rights is announced by email before it applies. The beneficial-owner agreement of section 4 cannot be reduced for a domain already registered, for the period you have paid.

NomineeName: NomineeName is a nominee domain registration service from Panama: every domain is registered in the name of DomaineGoat LLC by default, so the registration record and WHOIS show the company, never you — no ID, no KYC, paid in crypto.
