## About NomineeName

NomineeName is a nominee domain registration service from Panama: every domain is registered in the name of DomaineGoat LLC by default, so the registration record and WHOIS show the company, never you — no ID, no KYC, paid in crypto. It is an offshore nominee service: DomaineGoat LLC is a Panamanian company and is not an ICANN-accredited registrar. Domains are registered through our ICANN-accredited registrar partner, shown in the RDAP record. The customer is the beneficial owner under a written agreement: they control DNS, renewals and transfers from their account, get the transfer code free, from your account, at any time, and can have the domain put in their own name free, on request to support from your verified email address where the registry accepts them. One verified email per domain is the only contact detail collected; it is mandatory, as ICANN requires, and it is never sent to the registry. Registries that require a holder's name and postal address (.de, .uk, .nl, .ch, .pl, .be, .at, .cz, .to, .cc, .fi, .nz) receive the company's, so these extensions are sold at their base price without the customer's address. The .com and .net registries (Verisign) are thin: they receive no registrant contact data at all; the registrar holds the registrant record, here the company's. Policy (8 October 2026): no takedown on complaint alone — copyright, defamation, political or competitor complaints need a decision that binds us; DomaineGoat LLC releases the data it holds only when Panamanian law requires it (a Panamanian court or prosecutor's order), or in a UDRP case. Phishing, malware, botnets and fraud that takes money from victims are acted on within 24 hours of a well-documented report, and child sexual abuse material immediately. Trademark disputes follow the UDRP; the domain is locked within 2 business days of the provider's request. Optional Domain protection (+$29/year per domain) adds a transfer lock on by default with account confirmation of every transfer or DNS change, minimal data (DomaineGoat LLC holds only the customer's email), and a person who reads every complaint before any action on the domain; without the option, complaints follow the abuse policy. A .com costs $12.99/year, registration in our name included. Payment in crypto only (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC; no Monero) from a prepaid balance (minimum $25).
