Quick answer

Which cryptocurrencies can I pay with?

NomineeName lets you pay with crypto only. As of October 2026, it takes 6 coins on 7 networks: BTC, USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20), USDC, ETH, SOL and LTC. You top up a balance from $25 and send the exact amount on the exact network. It is credited once the network confirms it. No KYC, no card.

Which coins and networks can you pay with?

Seven coin and network pairs. Each coin works on the network listed next to it, and nowhere else. The confirmation count is the number of blocks we wait for before your balance is credited.

BTC (Bitcoin)Bitcoin2Bitcoin main chain

The payment page shows the deposit address and the network together. Addresses are never published on this site: use only the one shown in your account.

How does a crypto payment work, from cart to domain?

Five steps. The same process covers a first registration, a renewal and a transfer.

  1. Set the amount

From a domain search, the top-up equals your cart. If the cart is below $25, the top-up is the minimum and the rest stays on your balance.

  2. Choose a coin and a network

Pick one of the seven pairs in the table. The payment page then shows the amount in that coin and the address for that network.

  3. Send the exact amount

Send exactly the amount shown, on exactly the network shown. Check that your wallet or exchange does not take its fee out of that amount.

  4. Wait for the confirmations

The payment is matched by its exact amount and credited once the network confirms it. The time depends on the network and its current load.

  5. Domain registered in our name

If you started from a cart, the domain is registered with DomaineGoat LLC as registrant once the top-up is credited. You are the beneficial owner.

Why must you send the exact amount?

Because the amount is how we recognise your payment. We do not ask who you are, so the exact figure links the transfer to your top-up.

Exchanges often deduct a withdrawal fee from the amount you type. The amount that arrives is then smaller than the one expected. To avoid this, set the amount that the receiver gets, or add the fee on top.

If the amounts do not match, write to [email protected] from your verified email with the amount, the coin and the network you used, and support will look into it with you.

What happens if you send on the wrong network?

The funds may not reach us, and recovery is not always possible. The most common errors:

  • USDT sent on a network other than Tron or Ethereum.
  • USDC or ETH sent on a layer-2 network instead of Ethereum.
  • A token sent to the SOL address, which accepts native SOL only.

If it happens, contact support at once with the amount, the coin and the network you used. Do not send a second payment until we have answered.

Which coin costs least to send?

It depends on the network fee, which goes to the network, not to us. The domain price stays the same in every coin.

Ethereum gas varies with demand and is often the highest of the seven. Transfers on Tron, Solana and Litecoin usually cost less. Bitcoin fees depend on how busy the chain is. Your wallet shows the fee before you confirm: compare it with the amount you are sending.

What happens to the balance you do not spend?

It stays on your account. In full: Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, and it pays for new domains, renewals and transfers. When a purchase costs less than the minimum top-up, the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request to support within 30 days of the payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as it has not been spent. The rest of the balance is not paid back, except where the law requires it.

The balance is in US dollars, so its value does not move with the coin you paid in. It covers new domains, renewals and transfers listed on pricing. The rules are also in our terms.

NomineeName is a nominee domain registration service from Panama: every domain is registered in the name of DomaineGoat LLC by default, so the registration record and WHOIS show the company, never you — no ID, no KYC, paid in crypto.

Crypto payment: questions

Can I pay with Monero?

No. The accepted coins are BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC. Monero is not on the list, and neither are cards, bank transfers or PayPal. All six coins are paid into the same dollar balance.

Does the domain price change with the coin I use?

No. Prices are set in US dollars. A .com is $12.99/year whether you pay in BTC, USDT or SOL. The payment page converts the dollar amount into the coin you choose.

Can I pay with Bitcoin Lightning?

No. Bitcoin is accepted on the Bitcoin main chain only, with 2 confirmations before credit. Lightning is not on the list of networks.

How long until my payment is credited?

It takes as long as the network needs to reach the confirmation count. That is 1 on Solana, 2 on Bitcoin, 6 on Litecoin, 12 on Ethereum and 20 on Tron. We do not promise a fixed time, because block times and network load vary.

Can renewals be paid from the balance?

Yes. Renewals, transfers and new registrations all come out of the same balance. A .com renews at $12.99. Keep enough balance before the expiry date of each domain.

Do you need my name to accept the payment?

No. A payment is linked to your top-up by its exact amount and network. We ask for no name, no ID and no KYC. Details on domain registration without ID.
