What is Anonymize LLC on Epik domains?

Anonymize LLC is the privacy contact that appears, as "Privacy Administrator", in WHOIS records of domains at Epik. Its address is in Sheridan, Wyoming. WHOIS records collected by Whoxy still show it on domains updated in September 2026 (secondary source).

Epik does not publish, on the pages we found, whether Anonymize LLC holds the domain or only masks the customer. Epik used to sell Anonymize as a service and to accept BitPay. What legal matters have been reported about Epik?

Two matters were reported in 2023. Both concern the period before the June 2023 sale, reported in February 2024. Neither is a court finding against Epik's current management.

• DNProtect settlement (2 February 2023). Domain Name Wire reported a consent decree with Washington State's insurance commissioner. The regulator said DNProtect was sold as insurance without a licence. A fine of $10,000 was announced.
• Escrow lawsuit (April 2023). OnlineDomain.com reported a federal complaint filed in the Western District of Washington. The buyer alleged he paid $327,000 through Epik Escrow for nourish.com and did not receive the domain. These are allegations from a complaint.

On 4 February 2024, Domain Incite reported that Epik LLC, a company of Registered Agents Inc., had bought Epik's business in June 2023.
